Took raena to the dentists after school on friday and when walking back we passed a chinese that was open....just couldnt resist it and managed to get chicken in vegtables with rice...oooh it was soo good, i was going to take a pic of it but it didnt stay on the plate long enough lol.

had a lazy day yesterday. did a couple of lo's and then claire...the mad ginger one...came around...it was great to see her as she always puts a smile on my face.

went shopping today with my sister and then flaked out this afternoon for 3 hours!!...couldnt believe i had slept for that long.

not looking forward to next weekend...its andrews internment on the sunday at 11am. ive decided not to tell raena until next friday after school...that way she doesnt have to dwell on it too long. heaven knows what i am going to tell her as she doesnt know that he was creamated and what it entailed....to her it was just a funeral and she didnt know any better.

we ate a whole chocolate puddle pudding at weekend, it was devine.

it was the cyber crop on uks at weekend....i did join in but not as much as i would have done. i managed to do one class and two challenges, my heart just wasnt in it this time.

I never thought ……

on a brighter note....the insurance asseser has been today and they are going to redecorate the hall...so at least i wont have to look at the marks that the fire brigades ladders left on the walls anymore.

ali and chocolate

I dont quite know what happened to the last few days...they have seemed to have merged into one!

Paul is taking me to altrincham crop tomorrow...so i need to crack on later with some more chocolate muffins as promised to Ali....I was going with my cousin Carol but her husband has been rushed back into hospital again with internal bleeding.

My tsv came yesterday...thanks girlies...you know who you are...it is very pink and quite lush.
Raena went out with her aunt yesterday to see Ice Age 2 - The Melt down....she said it was really funny.

I managed to take a pic of her and Zante as they were chilling out together on the sofa.....talking of the cat...he's just fell of the arm of the sofa again.....that cat has no sense of balance...even when he's asleep!

Well todays post is a lot later than what i expected. We had visitors this morning and what with washing, gardening, baking, making tea and watching a film the day has almost gone!
Todays pic is of the scrumptious chocoalte muffins that we made...they even had a chunk of chocolate inside...those that know me know that i cant cook...so using a kids cook book was a godsend!

Well i finally made it and got myself a blog!
I havent a clue what I am doing with it but I am sure that my friends will sort me out!

I decided to go with a blog to record my everyday life as at the moment i cant remember what i do from day to day...I guess I am still in shock from the sudden death of my husband Andrew a few weeks ago....omg....just checked and its 7 weeks now.....at least I will be able to look back in time and be amazed at how I got through all this.
